No reason to complain, the venue met required needs, totally recommend it. The place was clean, our room was spotlessly clean and functional. The location was particularly good and beautiful, just a short walk away from Nesbitt's Knee Falls. Set in 5 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were lovely friendly and decent. The attached restaurant was good, excellent service.

The king suite here was perfect and relaxing, and the service was excellent.

I recently stayed at the Trend Mountain Hotel while visiting relatives in the area. The hotel staff was very accommodating, removing feather products from the room due to my allergies. The self-serve breakfast provided was satisfying and filling. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely view. The A/C was quiet and the room was soundproof. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with a nice steakhouse attached to the hotel. I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.
